Once your uniform reaches us, each item undergoes a thorough quality check. This means a meticulous inspection for all the wear and tear. You can be confident that only uniforms in excellent condition move on to the next step.

Step 3: Breathe new life into preloved uniforms

Does a missing button or a loose seam hold a perfectly good uniform back? Not at Step^up! Our in-house professionals expertly handle any minor repairs needed to bring the uniform back to shape so that it is ready for the next student.

Step 4: Seamless delivery – your uniform finds a new home

We connect your child’s outgrown uniform with a student, without compromising on the quality. Finally, we handle the delivery, bringing the uniform directly to your doorstep or the school, whichever is most convenient for you.

You can give your child’s uniforms a second life in three simple steps:

• Register the items on the platform.
• Prepare the items by washing, ironing, and neatly packing them.
• We will collect the items from your doorstep.

We encourage you to register several items together or club your packet with those of your friends or neighbours to minimise the air pollution caused by transportation.

If you want to give away the items:

We will provide you with a gift card of an appropriate value.

If you want to sell the items:

• Step^up will offer a price for your item after it has been inspected by our Quality Control Department. This process can take up to five (5) working days.
• Please confirm whether you accept or decline the price offered by Step^up within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the notification.
• If the item is found to be defective, you will be required to collect it within two (2) business days.
