Stepup is a specialised platform encouraging the re-use of school uniforms by catering to the collection and selling of preloved school uniforms.
Our platform facilitates a sustainable and cost-effective solution for parents, students, and schools, creating a circular economy within the education sector. By providing a convenient and reliable platform, Stepup aims to reduce the number of single-use school uniforms ending up in landfills by 80%.
In a survey done among Dubai parents, 96% of the parents were willing to buy pre-loved school uniform, but only 43% parents have actually bought. The main reason is that the parents are unsure about the quality of the pre-loved uniforms and they find it a hassle as there is no platform that can take care of the process.
